Care & Warranty
- Cleaning: Microfibre cloth with lukewarm running water. Never alcohol, acetone or abrasives.
- Storage: Hard case in dry environment. Avoid prolonged sun exposure when not in use to protect the photochromic material.
- Photochromic lenses: Slightly weaker tint after 5–7 years is normal due to molecular ageing; UV400 protection is maintained.
- Thermal behaviour: Transition is slower in temperatures below 0°C; this is normal physical behaviour of the material.
- Velaro Warranty: 12 months against manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions: Scratches from use, drops, exposure to solvents, modifications or natural photochromic wear.
