Care & Warranty
- Cleaning: Microfibre cloth with lukewarm running water. Avoid alcohol, acetone, abrasive products that damage the photochromic coating.
- Storage: Hard case in a cool, dark place. Prolonged UV exposure when not in use may accelerate the lens memory cycle.
- Photochromic lenses: Gradual darkening over the years is natural. Transition time may increase slightly over time.
- Temperature and photochromic: Best response between 10–25°C. On very hot days (>35°C) transition is slower; on cold days (<5°C) it is faster.
- Velaro Warranty: 12 months against manufacturing defects (moulding, coating integrity, temples).
- Exclusions: Scratches from impact, drops, solvents/acetone and normal photochromic ageing.
