How do I request an exchange or return for a defective product?
If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the description, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC (2-year legal warranty for new products within the EU).
Send an email to sportsvelaro@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. Our team will respond within a maximum of 2 business days.
Do the glasses have CE marking?
Yes. All Velaro Sports products carry the CE marking, complying with the requirements of applicable European regulations for personal protective equipment and sunglasses (Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and EN ISO 12312-1 standard). Technical documentation is available upon request.
Can I cancel or withdraw from my purchase?
Yes. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without needing to provide any justification.
To exercise this right, contact us at sportsvelaro@gmail.com and include your order number. The full refund, including standard original shipping costs, will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the notification, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
