Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

- Show no signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Velaro Sports will cover the return shipping costs.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Refunds
